All applicants should expect the following procedure before receiving assistance:

STEP ONE: complete and submit the online application below

STEP TWO: participate in a scheduled phone call with an intake committee member

STEP THREE: provide proof of residency (Scituate), a member of your household’s enrollment in Scituate Public Schools, or employment located in Scituate.

We will attempt to fulfill all requests, but please note that we may not be able to meet every need.
